Please do not waste your time. This company constantly changes your clock in and clock out time . Literally will cut a whole hour from your clock in time and act like they do not know what they are talking about. What can I say ?? I’m very disappointed in this company not the workers but the company !! I have even called my case worker and it has been a month that no one has either called or communicated with me what so ever !! If I didn’t need home care I wouldn’t have them. They say they wanted their parents cared for so they got into this business for that reason, well just because I’m not your mother doesn’t mean I don’t need help !! Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority. Workers(most of the ones that were sent) do not work the visit the whole amount of time and the jobs performed are less that satisfactory. Patients can be difficult, especially when dealing with the elderly, but it's part of the job. A family member has used this service and kept it in the past because there was not other options. Now days there are more options. I'm sure workers don't perform their best when the pay is not great, but nobody in this area pays what the job... read more
I do not recommend this company to no one. They very unprofessional and then I didn’t spoke with multiple people concerning services for my father and it’s been giving me the same statement and I’m calling Medicaid on this company and I have valid evidence Mrs Jeanette has in fact been telling her Employees to clock in when they’re not at work stealing money from patients that really need service
