Two years ago I did part of the ten series. Even though Rolfing doesn’t promise to reduce pain, my chronic back pain eased so much that I was able to travel two months in Europe virtually pain free. This was after injections, massage and physical therapy failed to help. Now I am halfway through the ten series and again noticing improvement in walking and diminishing back pain
Karen is by far one of the most thorough, professional and truly gifted practitioners I've worked with. I received the Rolfing ten series for the first time in Boulder, CO a few years ago and have done follow up sessions with her here in SLC.
