On 1/10/25, a vehicle from this company rear-ended my wife's car while she and our children were inside. The accident rendered our car undrivable. Since the incident, they have not provided the necessary documentation to the insurance company to proceed with the repair process. This lack of cooperation is causing significant delays and added stress during an already difficult situation. I would caution others to consider this experience when deciding to do business with them.

Nice people, the plumber was very lovely and had a look at some of my other issues while he was doing the hot water system replacement. Thanks all the staff for being so patient with me.

Would not recommend. I had a brand hot water system installed and 2 months ago and there was a fault. I have been without hot water for 2 days as they are not willing to send a technician out to replace the faulty part and I have to wait until the supplier is ready to come out. No ETA has been given and Inline is not willing to send someone out to fix the issue as warranty is "out of our hands and you just need to wait". Very poor service and I would recommend looking elsewhere to find a company that will warrant new install... read more
