Ahmad was fantastic to work with. The car we bought initally had an overheating problem that was not resolved after a trip to our mechanic. Because InLine Motors offers a 6 month warranty on their used vehicles, they covered the cost of repairs. They also prefer to do their own repairs, which would have been really inconvenient and time consuming because we live in Kelowna, not Vancouver area. I had an excellent experience with this dealership. Ahmad was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. He made the whole process easy, let me test drive the cars without any pressure, and handled the paperwork quickly. They also arranged the license plates with ICBC in no time. Bought a truck 2 years ago , overall it was worth it and is a great truck....only negatives would be the truck not being properly checked over before release and having multiple small issues plus some of the cosmetic repairs were a bit shoddy. Will I do it again? On balance... yes.

Had a terrific experience at inline motors. Ahmad was very reasonable and helped me throughout the entire process. The purchase was a sentimental one and Ahmad really made me feel comfortable as he knew the ins and outs of the car and listened to all my concerns. For the price and the service I would recommend for sure! Left feeling very valued and had some great conversations and built a strong relationship along the way.
