Sadly I will have to rate Inline Motors at a mere 2 stars. Initially they provide good customer contact and a pleasant buying experience. Its a good method to close sales. After that you're on your own. My experience after purchase was not good. The 30-day warranty was not honoured. Worse than that, I was told they stand behind their product and that we would be taken care of - all of that was lip-service. We got a Toyota Corolla from Inline motors, their customer service is really amazing and they gave us honest and detailed information about the car. We came from Victoria to buy the car we decided and Mr Jay promised us we will go back home happy and he satisfied us and we're leaving happy and all satisfied.

I have purchased 2 vehicles through inline. My first was a Subaru brz...no issues and such a fun car. It was an exceptional value. I just purchased a Mazda CX 3 . The transaction was smooth, and the deal was good. I would not hesitate to purchase again if the need were to arrive. They do stand behind their products.

recently purchased a 2021 Tesla Model 3 from this dealership, and I had a great experience from start to finish. First time buying a car from a dealer, it was super quick and easy. No pressure to finance, they were happy to take cash, gave a 1 month unlimited warranty and 6 month drivetrain warranty. From test-drive to drive home after final sale was 2.5 hours! Couldn't have been more different from all the cautionary tales you hear. Would absolutely recommend for a low-stress experience.
