I’ve been shopping at this store for years. Usually a pleasant experience. Not so lately. The ladies at the front desk in the showroom acted almost annoyed when I asked questions. No effort was made to give some guidance or help with purchasing a desk light that would be charged with a usb, instead of an electrical cord. I know they can place orders of items they don’t stock in the store, but I guess she just didn’t feel like offering that option. I don’t think I’ll be back.
Great lighting products, fans, and lamps. Knowledgeable and helpful sales staff.
