The product is very high quality and their price is very reasonable. The people were easy to work with. Handrails require a lot of custom fitting and with stainless steel field modifications are near impossible. I had multiple custom posts fabricated by Inline Design to fit very specific and odd installation situations and they barely charged more than for standard posts. The price for the ss posts was competitive and the finished product was top notch. In mounting the posts on my staircase, I noticed that one of the posts was too short and after notifying Had, he provided the correct length at no charge. Order 10k in handrail product, only half showed up. Called and they hung up on me. Trying emailing, no response, they blocked my number. Will be reporting and filing fraud on my credit card.
