Wouldn't recommend taking your car here! They take on jobs knowing they don't have all the required equipment needed, then state they did a thorough diagnosis even though they didn't have the appropriate equipment to diagnose the rest. So now we got to start again and get another diagnosis done. They also state their hrly rate. Then when you pay ohh GST on top. I'm sorry but I'm a business owner myself and if it's GST in top you say to the customer it's this amount per hr plus GST. Shonky shonky shonky!!!!! Stay away!
Took our car here through a warranty company who recommended them to fix our A/C fault. They supposedly did a “thorough” inspection for an hour and yet at the end of it all they could tell us was that the compressor wasn’t cutting in and there was no gas in the system. This is information that any second year apprentice or above could find out in 5-10 mins by simply putting A/C gauges on the car.
