I have always had severe period pain for many years but since starting reformers Pilates I am now pain free and take no more strong pain relief !!

A beautiful studio going above and beyond for their members. I had the pleasure of delivering a nutrition workshop on the topic of menopause, metabolism and fatigue as organised by the wonderful studio manager, Victoria, and had an incredible time. Such lovely members and management. Would recommend this studio to anyone!
Love going here! Great instructors and good schedule that doesn’t fill up too fast. My only gripe is I wish Vanessa was still working :(
