I bought here about six months ago. While they are advertised as condos (b/c you purchase as opposed to renting), most ppl would see them as apartments. My unit faces traffic which I didn't think I would like but actually LOVE. The sounds from the traffic serves as "white noise" for me since I'm not on the first floor and feel safe with cracking my bedroom window. Everyone keeps to themselves with most of the tenants being mature/older individuals. I haven't used any of the amenities thus far so can't give opinion. I have a ... read more
