Like any big purchase, do your homework. We really should have talked to more builders besides Kenny Stilwell @ Delta Development. We relied too much on Gordon's promises and frankly, our new home construction was a very disappointing experience. To be clear, these pictures represent the general craftsmanship of the builder or his subs and I've only posted a few. These items were never corrected by the builder and we are now trying to find pro's to finish his work.
Gordon was fantastic in helping me sell my house. Worked a lot to get comparable houses to see what my house would list for. He was with me through every step of the process he wasn’t pushy, listened to my concerns and worries. Communication was high on his list. Julie also helped with getting the new owners set up for their future home.
As home buyers from out of state, we could not have asked for a better experience. Our realtor, Jodi Lee, was professional, knowledgeable and always available to help us every step of the way. She truly listened to our “wish list”, budget guidelines and special requests, and in a short period of time, she found the ideal property for our family. We would recommend Jodi as a realtor to anyone who is looking for a true professional to assist them in finding their dream Florida property.
Cannot recommend Inlet Realty Group, and Gordon Tarver enough! We started looking at properties in 30A almost two years ago, and Gordon patiently and professionally helped us through the process. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and extremely knowledgeable - answering all of our questions (and we had a lot!)
