I was reluctant to get my hearing tested let alone wearing hearing aids. My family convinced me to get a hearing test and the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel so comfortable, explained my test results and answered all my questions. Now I wear my hearing aids and notice a big improvement. People don't even notice I'm wearing them.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Inlet Hearing in Port Moody, BC. I have worn Oticon brand hearing aids for the past three years and recently began experiencing issues where the hearing aids were no longer holding a charge for a full day. I had an urgent issue with a blocked ear just before Christmas and needed cleaning as soon as possible. I called several places with no answer and emailed many others who replied a day later. Inlet Hearing picked up the phone right away and gave me a last-minute appointment. The doctor did an excellent job and took the time to properly clean both of my ears. Very reasonable pricing and great customer service. Highly recommended

I had an earwax removal appointment with Ms. Yin. She was very patient and throughout the visit she continued to check in with me to see that I was ok and not in any discomfort. 5 stars!
