I had an earwax removal appointment with Ms. Yin. She was very patient and throughout the visit she continued to check in with me to see that I was ok and not in any discomfort. 5 stars!

I have needed to wear hearing aids since 2011. This past year I experienced problems with my original model even after several replacements.
