All of my years of working out/ (it’s been many) I have never been a gym person until moving to Virginia Beach seven years ago ago. Inlet has been my home away from home. The members, staff and amenities have worked to my favor. Thank you and thank you again and again:)

The owners, front desk personnel and personal trainers make it obvious that they want you there to have a great time and to get in the best shape that is right for you. There are obvious various levels of individual fitness levels but no one feels like they have to keep up. The training classes are tailored to an individual’s level based on their level of fitness. The location is in a prime location which makes it a joy to go, especially when a workout begins on the treadmill.
