I had a very negative experience with this lawyer. My case was withdrawn after it was sent to the court registry and after a claim and settlement offer had already been made, without any clear explanation. No in-person or virtual meeting was arranged beforehand. I incurred additional legal and administrative expenses as a result. Communication by email was inadequate and did not address my concerns. I was later advised by the Law Society to pursue the formal complaints process regarding this matter.
