Just Wanted To Have Family Fun My family and I have camped here a few time and usually have a pretty decent experience. But not this time. I have to say that the Inlet Bay camp host was extremely rude and condescending when we asked to move our reserved site to another closer to friends. Really? Stay Away As seen in previous reviews, STAY AWAY! This place is full of very rude staff/owner and they are running a scam on their damage deposits! See other reviews to confirm this and we even spoke with a park ranger (Officer Colby Zander) who also confirmed this has happened numerous times in the past to the marina's 'customers'... We rented a waverunner for a 4 hour block. We followed all the rules and stayed away from other boats and shoreline as instructed. Awesome Boat Rental! We really enjoyed the boat we rented at Inlet Bay Marina! We did one of the captained boats with the slide and restroom and upper deck. My kids and their friends had a blast and so did we. Captain Bob was so nice and informative, the staff was really nice to work with. I would recommend this experience to all my friends.
wonderful experience. The manager went out of his way to help us have a great day. The boat was very nice and my 3 kids loved the slide. We paid 12 dollars in gas and there were no surprises. We had a wonderful time, thank you inlet bay marina.
Great Marina, Great People! I have done business with Inlet Bay Marina for years. I cannot believe some of the people they have to deal with regarding rentals. Inlet Bay Marina is more than fair with every customer in my opinion, if you respect them and their quality equipment they will more than respect you and help you have a great experience. Glenn is a quality guy and runs a quality operation. Overall great business, great staff, great experiences every time!
Horrible experience - overchared, boat don't run Horrible experience with this marina. Rented party cat boat for 4 hours. Boat had dead battery and went dead at first stop. We were unable to move the boat for most of the afternoon. Let the boat sit with no power, no radio, no electricity use whatsoever. Was finally able to restart it . Late retuning to dock.
