It was nice working with Aiman, he was very helpful and played a huge part in helping my parents acquire their home.
Aiman help my husband and I get approved and into our first home quickly. He always responded to emails, texts, and phones calls very quickly. We called on a Friday afternoon and we were approved for our mortgage by Tuesday. He is always willing to explain in great detail whenever we have questions. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Definitely recommend Aiman Abozeid!
Great experience with this company! Was my first time buying on my own, read a lot of horror stories about bad lenders. The mortgage officer Aiman was very knowledgeable, direct, and legitimately seemed to want to do good business. I had a very disappointing experience with the Guild Mortgage Company. At the beginning of the process, we were asked to provide documentation to verify our income, which we did promptly and thoroughly. Based on those documents, the lender issued us a pre-approval. Trusting that pre-approval, we spent the next three months actively searching for a home. Once we finally found a house we loved and agreed on a price with the seller, things fell apart.
