RecommendedMy husband and I have worked with Mike and MaryJoe on two separate properties. There is know one who is better. You can always contact them with questions. They honor their deadlines, give you honest and straightforward answers and would never mislead you. Five stars for these two. we would highly reccomend The Babcock team at Inlanta.
Mike is the best I was never hesitant to ask him any questions and he got back to us right away.
My wife and I recently closed on our second home with Mike and Inlanta. As has become the norm for our dealings with Mike, he once again did a FANTASTIC job of walking us through the process, making sure we understood all of the documents, etc. We were quite busy during this process with things outside of our home purchasing plan, so Mike (being who he is) actually came to our house, after-hours, to have us sign our loan paperwork. 15 years ago I purchased my first home threw mike , the process was easy and as a first time buyer I was a little nervous but in the end it went really well . 3 months ago I sold that house and I purchased a new house . I went with Mike again . The process was smooth from start to close . Everything was done with no headaches , I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage loan officer .
