I personally haven't had an issue with them since starting over 2 years ago. If you call when they aren't open or during their lunch you will get routed to an answering service. Appointments, for my therapist at least, can fill up quickly so don't expect to be seen RIGHT away. Therapists do online or in person sessions and appointments can be schedule 3 at a time to secure more consistent appointments.
