This is the second time Inland Oral Surgery has done work for my family. Once again, I am grateful for their care and what they do. I live in town and its wonderful to stay near with such treatment. I attempted to make an appointment to have a tooth extracted. The woman who answered was extremely rude. I called twice to try and make an appointment in that this was a referral. I couldn't remember my goup insurance from my school district and she told me she couldn't help me with that and I would need to call back. I attempted to make a simple appointment to have two teeth extracted but got told they won't make me an appointment because I don't have my card on hand but have all the information. I tried to explain to the woman that I can go down and pick on up today I just need to make sure I get the appointment made.
