I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but I wanted to share my experience to help ease anyone’s worries. I came here to get my wisdom teeth removed, and they were able to fit me in last minute, which I truly appreciated because my job makes it very difficult to take days off. I had seen some older reviews mentioning rude staff, which honestly made me nervous, but I’m not sure if they’ve hired new staff because every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. The oral surgeon is very nice, patient, and professional — no complaints there. However, the receptionists are extremely rude and arrogant. They talk down to people, have nasty attitudes, and even hang up the phone on patients. It’s a shame because the doctor is great, but the front desk staff really ruin the experience.
Heavy set receptions needs to choose another profession ASAP ! Disgusting individual her attitude and the way she talks to people is not okay . Not my first negative interaction with her
WARNING!!! I'm going to make this short & sweet for the next victim who schedules here as a first time patient... Inland Valley Oral Surgery is reckless and unsafe. I woke up mid-surgery to the dentist yanking on my teeth, was sent home with only a cotton ball and Tylenol, and months later I’m still not healed — with part of my tooth still stuck in my gums. This office is negligent and should be avoided at all costs
Excellent compassionate care for my daughter who had to get 4 teeth extracted… the thing I loved the most… was the nurse who wheeled my daughter out to my car, helped her into the car, then buckled her in… she spoke sooo kind to my daughter until my daughter relaxed and stopped crying… that was the most motherly generous act of kindness I’ve seen in a very long time… especially from a business… I wish I could give 10 stars but bcuz I can’t, my daughter will leave Her own review, making it a 10 ⭐️ rating!!!
