Checked into IVMC ER due to lingering COVID symptoms. The check in nurse was prompt and friendly and got me back to a room within 5 minutes. The ER staff was friendly, attentive, and competent. The ER Dr explained what the process would be and all tests she planned on administering. I felt I received an extensive and comprehensive battery of tests. Genuinely the worst bedside care. Nurses made me feel like it was a burden to have me as a patient on Med Surg floor. The only reason I came to this hospital is because my surgeon is incredible, can’t say the same about their nurses.

Made me sit and wait my turn in the waiting room for 45 minutes after telling them I was having another heart attack. Once finally in the back the lead dr was on it and I got transferred to Temecula.
They were very professional and cautious. I felt at ease
