Always great service with parts with Chace and Marshall.
Had a service where I asked for codes to be placed and a part replaced, did not inform me that there were no codes a common sense notifying of price, Rather than getting the option of which REMAN part I wanted they chose the moast expensive one with a waranty only honorable at ITP. They further disabled my APU after telling me that they did not. Expressed my dis satisfaction with there service, The price of the part and their lack of communication. Amazing! Turning a nightmare into a blessing! Inland Truck Parts and Service went over and above to help me get back on the road. I had a Driveline vibration which were getting really bad. I showed up at 7:30 in the morning and I was back on the road at 10:30 the same day. I can’t even get my oil changed that fast lol. That’s exceptional service! My technician Randy was awesome.
