WW CLYDE we are working on a new taxiway addition at the scottsbluff regional airport and our water truck went down due to some small parts issues , service dept Heath Briggs took us right in. Working with tech Gabe he was right on the job had us in and out in under 30 mins. Hats off to there team, and if we need any other repairs inland will be our first call. Handshakes out the door and we’re back in business thanks fellas !!
Was able to limp the straight truck to town, I’m not from around here. These guys IMMEDIATELY came out to diagnose things. They were noticeably busy but they definitely didn’t put me on the back burner. They also gave another good tip that I need a new starter. Appreciate the small town hospitality and they stayed past close to help me get back on the road. Thanks heath and mark!
Quick, friendly, and explained everything! Thank you, Heath! My straight truck RV conversion had some issues on the road and luckily the staff here was able to get me back on my way to Wyoming!
Excellent service! Mark and Heath helped me out. Mark came out of the facility to run diagnostics right away. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. The place is super clean and spacious, too! Awesome place AND awesome people!
