Amazing! Turning a nightmare into a blessing! Inland Truck Parts and Service went over and above to help me get back on the road. I had a Driveline vibration which were getting really bad. I showed up at 7:30 in the morning and I was back on the road at 10:30 the same day. I can’t even get my oil changed that fast lol. That’s exceptional service! My technician Randy was awesome. On my way home to VA from AK I stopped to refuel. I noticed my tank was leaking fuel and that it had ruptured at its seam. Fortunately I was next door to Inland. Judson sprung into action and quickly got a rolling pan under the tank to mitigate the issue. Within a short time he got back to me with an estimate and time-line. He helped me get my 32' camper to a local koa and kept me informed throughout my wait for the tank and the repairs. I highly recommend Inland and their service manager Judson!
They did an outstanding job on my front driveshaft for my truck last summer but I asked for a quote on rebuilding my front differential and just got blown off by the younger guy that helped with the driveshaft. I guess my return business isn't wanted here.
Great shop with great customer service
Worst rebuilt parts. Very disappointed with them, but the people are good.
