Dropped off our vehicle for inspection for the day as scheduled. Something came up and the technician couldn’t finish the inspection that day. Understandable. Inland said they could for sure do the inspection Monday. Didn’t happen. Then for sure by 10am Tuesday. We came after 10, wasn’t ready. Politely asked the woman at the service desk for an ETA because we need the vehicle to keep our own work going.
