We had a service tech come out to our t800 to do a code. Read on some codes that were coming up before we bought the truck and the service fella named Ryan and the lad ies in the service department. Sara Kaya and Britney we're all amazing. They all went above and beyond the call of duty and got a service tech to come out on the Thursday of a long weekend tomorrow. Being, good Friday and they would be closed. How amazing! Can't thank you enough HuggZ Becky and Lisa
Moving out of province across Canada and called to see if they can top up the moving truck and trailer tires! Great customer service on the phone along with a very generous man named Ryan. Thank you guys very much!
I can't say enough about Island truck & equipment!!! What a great friendly environment!! I was in a pinch and Brittany from the service department and the mechanics came to my rescue!! They plesently went above and beyond to help me. Their service is impeccable!!! Highly recommend this place!!!
