Very friendly and honest. I went in for a pair of mudflaps and was told about a cheaper option and when I decided on what I wanted I was offered a discount! And even was given a free Kenworth toque! I'm not sure what his name was but the fellow that helped me out is a great guy 🤙
Today my boyfriend and I found ourselves stranded in the middle of the woods out past cowichan when the keys got locked in the truck. One of their lovely mobile mechanics was in the area and helped us get them out. We were stuck outside in the snow for close to 3 hours with no end in sight until this lovely man came and helped us. Thank you so much for taking the time to help us! :)
Hands down best service and parts department on the island. Always friendly faces - staff seem super happy to work together. Positive messages on the white board for all to see. Technicians are always willing to help. Very beautiful facility. Absolutely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very very busy trustworthy shop.
