This is an absolute last resort for buying parts or getting service work. Very expensive parts and labour time is double than what it should take. I feel like I get robbed every time I have to use them
Stay away from Amanda if you want good service. She will just give you attitude every time you ask her something. Terrible customer service.
This shop is awesome! They assisted my husband with his Kenworth that was having mechanical issues. They highly recommended Gearheads Truck Repair which was 4 hrs away from them where we were located. They saved us from a 4 hour tow, and almost $5k in towing expenses. We would never get that type of service in the US. Thank you for being so kind!
