Incompetent people working at the checkin office , waited 2h at the wrong dock , she didn’t communicate to the dock guy that I’m ready to be unloaded.

I PICKED UP PARTS FOR MY TRUCK AT LKQ AND PABLO THE REPRESENTATIVE PABLO GAVE ME EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MADE SURE THAT ALL MY CONCERNS WERE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE THE CALL WAS COMPLETED. CHRISTIAN THE PARTS REPRESENTATIVE WAS AWESOME. CHRISTIAN WAS POLITE TALKATIVE AND HANDLED BUSINESS IN A PROFESSIONAL MATTER. I APPRECIATED THE SERVICES I RECEIVED FROM BOTH PEOPLE. I LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING SOON. GREAT PLACE TO ORDER ALL YOUR PARTS FROM FOR YOUR VEHICLES
