Been here a few times. Not sure why they have appointments. I’ve never been loaded at my scheduled appointment time. It’s usually 1.5-3 hours after.
This place is rad They bring out cold drinks and offer massages by the Dock workers while you wait with an additional foot massage if you’re on time!
Incompetent people working at the checkin office , waited 2h at the wrong dock , she didn’t communicate to the dock guy that I’m ready to be unloaded.
