Test went well staff was very friendly but I got my machine ordered and its ready but they can't send it to me because this place won't send my settings over or respond. Called right now and she says let me transfer you then hangs up on me. I need my damn machine man

My son needs a cpap machine. They diagnosed him but never sent the results to my doctor will not answer voicemails or the doctors emails. I tried calling nothing since September 2024 it is now March 2025
