I needed a big fix to my transmission. They are very considerate and they under promise. John told me they are booked solid so it would be several days before they could even diagnose the problem. Then they called me and told me straight how much it would cost. The mechanic started work and saw I needed another part that would increase the cost, so they called back to let me know. I appreciate as well their notes on the invoice. I highly recommend this shop for their frankness and professionalism.
I needed brakes, their price is reasonable and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Staff is friendly as well. I will continue to use the for my auto mechanic needs.
