The woman answering the phone at first was helpful when setting up my appointment with the psychiatrist, even though she had trouble jotting down my information and I had to repeat a few times I didn’t mind, I got the appointment soon and was seen but after realizing it was basically the same service I was getting with my therapist’s office elsewhere I didn’t want to go to two offices for the same thing so I decided to be courteous and let them know, but after finding out I was terminating services the lady on the phone was ... read more
Another Update: DON’T COUNT ON BEING ABLE TO REACH AN AFTER HOURS DR ON-CALL FOR URGENT ASSISTANCE. Dr told me he was going to give me refills. No refills. I had zero meds left and no way to refill them! LIABLE I think! UPDATE: email them as they requested. No one got back to me. Tried to call again and speak to someone got rerouted to India again when no one answered. I don't understand how anyone gets to speak with someone at this company—and I mean the whole entire inland psychiatry Group! Will be calling my medical group... read more
PLEASE ALLOW FOR US TO SPEAK TO STAFF INSTEAD OF THE CALL CENTER IN INDIA. they didn’t understand what I was talking about and said things that were untrue. I needed a referral to a specialist. She started off rattling off these names of ALL the doctors in Indian pronunciation and I had to ask her to spell them and it was so confusing and absurd.
