Took me hours to get ahold of someone and when I finally was able to, they couldn't speak English. It took me 20 minutes to express to her my health care provider and address before I gave up. I have no clue how the actual service of the clinic is because they make it so hard to get an appointment.
This place used to be great when I started in 2022, but within the last two years, I couldn’t get the front office to do anything to get my medications or forms that needed to be sent over to my pharmacy done or messages to the doctor. In fact, I had serotonin syndrome and the doctor told the office to call me to go to the emergency room and they never called me I cried on the phone multiple times to please do their job. My psych is good but the receptionist hung up on me twice and put me on hold after I called around 4:45pm with a question regarding my prescription not being filled, extremely unprofessional
