I have called 3+ times to try and schedule an appointment and keep getting transferred to different people without explanation. No one speaks English. They keep asking endless questions about my treatment history and diagnosis information without scheduling me. They put me on hold endlessly. This is so frustrating.
The providers in this office are okay,but unfortunately there is a language barrier with the office staff, so if you only speak English or Spanish, it may be difficult to communicate, and you may need to make sure they are billing your insurance correctly. Even my insurance representative was not able to explain something adequately over the phone, so I am having to call over again to try to resolve the issue as they are unable to understand her English. I really appreciate Dr. Kunam's patient, yet challenging, care.
I am highly thankful to have found and been able to have Dr. Neelima Kunam for my psychiatrist. Above all, I appreciate how she takes her time with me. I have never felt rushed during our appointments. I also appreciate her holistic approach, that she asks me questions and talks beyond only psychiatric medication, and that she shows respect toward me as a person with self-autonomy.
