Dealing with this place is mentally draining enough. Do better IPMG.
Have not been seen for my upcoming appt yet, but reviewing based on initial phone call to set up a new patient appt. It took 27 mins for the front desk woman to do the basic information intake. I could understand her fine but she seemed to have so much trouble understanding me speaking very clear English. I had to repeat so many things over and over for her including my DOB 6 times. i wanted cognitive testing or a psych eval, due to mental fog, trouble concentrating, memory issues and long covid symptoms, which i asked my doctor for. was referred here, did an initial intake. all they really offered me was counseling and anti depressants. tried to call back to give them another chance, the receptionist keeps asking if i want counseling. i dont have time for talk therapy, i need to get my head checked. and they dont even listen to what im asking for. the nurse practitioner who did my intake Ms. Anyanwu ap... read more
every 2-4 weeks I come here they piss me off and cause me more anxiety but unfortunately, I need my medication
When I called Inland Psych med Group I spoke with a Tanu and she was terrific‼️. I needed my appointment changed as I have been feeling badly and she went the extra mile for me and I will be able to speak to Fady today‼️‼️‼️. I am very thankful‼️
