Had a telemed appointment today first the provider looked like she just rolled out of bed and like she was going to have a mental break down, 2nd you could clearly see on the screen the provider scrolling and reading through messages she was receiving during our initial consultation, 3rd the provider did not listen to what I was telling her. Do yourself a favor and find someone who is actually here for patient care.
Idiots, they don't call to reschedule so your left wasting your time and gas to get there. I told them I won't be back. Morons.
