Referred by kaiser. Schedule appt for Sat. Doctor cancels Sat appt and rescheduled for today at 1pm. Office then calls to move appt up to 11:40am. I log into virtual appt on time and the doctor doesnt show up. I stay logged in for 20 minutes before logging out. How the hell you graduate medical school but cant run a practice or show up on time for an appt? Crazy. 0 stars.
I should have checked the reviews. They are absolute garbage. Don’t book anything with these people they are completely incompetent and lack professionalism, empathy and courtesy. Stay far away!!!!!!!!
I had the worst experience in trying to receive services. As a helping professional it broke my heart experiencing the lack of professionalism, humanism and customer service from Dr. Nallamothu. I was denied services due to not being able to provide an electronic signature. I was not made aware of the canceled appointment until I called the office to figure out the reason no one was on the call at the schedule meeting time. This place is a joke. They don't even know how to send e-sign documents for video visits. Kiaser sent me here and I'm rescheduled now with people who know how to do their jobs.
Two stars are correct because one star would give them dignity they don't deserve.
