Every time I call, I either get hung up on, put on hold for ten minutes or more without someone asking me to be put on hold, or they completely don't answer. I asked to speak to one of their managers and the manager never called me back. I gave them our insurance card 2 times and the 3rd time, they finally got it in. (I hope). The office staff doesn't seem knowledgeable. For a business that seems to be in so much need and so busy, you would think they would at least get their phone system down.
