It's been about a year since experiencing disgusting and harassing behavior by one of your plumbers. I'm still shocked and upset about it so I figured I would warn others about this company. I have written proof if necessary. There are other more reputable and respectful companies in Kelowna. I dealt with one right after this negative experience!
Rob is extremely easy to communicate with and keeps you in the loop. He solved the plumbing issues in no time, we appreciate how quickly and efficiently he got everything done.
I want to start off by saying Rob with Inland Plumbing services was an absolute pleasure to deal with! It’s great having someone you can trust who does quality work. My wife and I highly recommend him to everyone. 5 Stars
Called this company for some information about our frozen pipes as we rent and our property manager hired them. I was just trying to get some information and found him to be very rude and matter of fact in our time of distress. Maybe not the best company to hire if customer service is important to you.
