Absolutely no customer service! When I reported damage for myself and my neighbor, the Project Manager actually argued with me and insisted I was wrong! She couldn't understand that the picture her superintendent sent to her was taken AFTER I cleaned up the mess they left. My neighbor later called them and she was rude AGAIN! Clearly she hates her job.
