We had a 9am appointment that was confirmed over the phone the day before, we arrived to our appointment 10min early to find the place closed. After waiting a week for the appointment we knocked on the door and someone finally answering stating that the whole staff was sick and they were unable to have our appointment. The only answer was to leave our dog and they would get to it when they could. If you can't call us with a cancellation how would I trust you with my pet. These ladies were a life saver! My pups heart medication ran out over the holiday weekend and they were able to see me and do a courtesy screening so they only charged me for the meds!! Everywhere else was waaaay more expensive and not as good customer service. Thanks so so much to this sweet kind staff and the lovely veterinarian with the Betsy Jonson scrubs! Yall saved the day!
