Called for thier 24 hour electrical service. Too bad it's not available in spokane guess this would fall under false advertising.
My business needed to use an electrician for some jewelry cases. I called on 10/22/2020 to make an appointment. Got an appointment scheduled for Tuesday the 27th. They said they would call Monday to confirm a time and then call 30 min before they show up Tuesday. I got a call on the 27th, letting me know they needed to re schedule because they had families without heat (Totally understandable!). We re scheduled for Nov. 3rd. ZERO STARS! I called to ask what the charge would be to replace and/or repair 3 outlets. She (the receptionist who answered) said "what is that?" I reply back with, "you don't know what an outlet is?" She said "no." I was so astonished that a receptionist AT AN ELECTRICAL COMPANY, has no idea what an outlet is! First and last call to this company EVER!
Josh and Darren were extremely professional, personable and explained everything in detail. They updated all electrical outlets that needed replacing. They did all the work in a timely manner. Thank you for your service.
