Wow! We have no regrets having Inland Northwest cater our wedding. We had an incredible wedding menu tasting. For this testing prior to the big day, we were served full portions of incredibly flavored food. It honestly was hard to choose between the different options because they all were so delicious. Inland Northwest Catering did an AMAZING job with our catering for our wedding. They are very professional, kind, and their flavor profiles go above and beyond. Our food was locally sourced, and really showed off the best of the PNW. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the dinner and appetizers were (highly recommend the humus), and there was not much leftover by the end of the night. Inland Northwest Catering was our catering source for an all day corportate event, plus cocktail party. Erin and her waitstaff were amazing to work with. The food was great and they made planning from out of state a breeze. Would definately recommend for all occasions!
The lack of customer service here was shocking. I had tried to get a hold of them for a week to finalize the menu for my wedding and was told I would be contacted once they were out of meetings. I never heard back from them. I emailed, called, Facebook messaged and was not contacted by them directly regarding my event. The few times I did hear from them were vague messages and not any direct communication. As a bride, this was beyond stressful and totally not worth the time.
