At first I blamed the horrid office hours of this location on the poor patient care. Waiting months to be seen, office refuses to accept imaging unless it’s on a CD, my MRI center would only provide a digital download. I received call less than an hour before my appointment that the disc they’ve had IN OFFICE FOR A MONTH, is blank & I need to get another copy or I can’t be seen. I had a troubling experience with Dr. Siraj Gibani at Casa Colina. He performed a procedure that should not have been done the same day—removing and replacing spinal cord stimulator wires—leading to severe complications. What was supposed to be a routine procedure turned into an eight-week hospital stay, and I ended up in a wheelchair for six months.
