Tom Wold I was in bed, could hardly move and when I did I used a walker. Heard about Dr. Gruber and I tried to get an appointment. No luck. Did not want just any doctor working on my back. Finally through a friend who knows Dr. Gruber, arranged to get me in for an appointment. This wonderful surgeon gave me my active life back. I walked out after the surgery 6 years ago and never looked back. I'm now almost 80 years old and I Thank The Lord every day that I had Dr. Gruber for my back surgery.
I would have given them o stars if that were an option. Not sure what kind of care they provide, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Everyone from the scheduler to the actual physician did everything to "blow me off".
I don’t know anyone who wakes up one day and says, “I think I’ll go see a neurosurgeon.” We were fearful and uncertain when we arrived at my appointment with Dr. Ling, to discuss a middle fossa craniotomy. Doctors in the past have struggled with being unclear, disempowering and using too many obscure medical terms to refer to what is a serious condition.
