Inland Mercedes Services is an outstanding facility for your MB maintenance and mechanical needs. Kevin and Sonia were extremely honest, professional, and completely upfront with repair costs and options. I received prompt telephone updates by phone prior to the start of any repairs. I visited Inland Mercedes for the first time this week, and from start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough in diagnosing my cars issues, and did a wonderful job of explaining my needs in a way that was easy to understand. And what made this experience even better, is that they(Kevin and Sonia)are VERY nice people who are genuinely friendly as well as being knowledgeable and very helpful!
