Inland Mercedes Services is an outstanding facility for your MB maintenance and mechanical needs. Kevin and Sonia were extremely honest, professional, and completely upfront with repair costs and options. I received prompt telephone updates by phone prior to the start of any repairs. Kevin replaced my 2008 SL550 high pressure power steering hose from the ABC system quickly and at a fraction of the cost the dealer would have charged. I visited Inland Mercedes for the first time this week, and from start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough in diagnosing my cars issues, and did a wonderful job of explaining my needs in a way that was easy to understand. And what made this experience even better, is that they(Kevin and Sonia)are VERY nice people who are genuinely friendly as well as being knowledgeable and very helpful! If I could give them 10 Stars, I would do so!

What a delight to have met this family! Trustworthy service - 35 years! I took my car in for brake service and had them check out my engine light on my GLC300. Sonia connected and confirmed with the dealer next door that the engine light was due to an extended warranty fault on the crank valve. So thankful she did that and made me worry-free.
