I visited Inland Mercedes for the first time this week, and from start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough in diagnosing my cars issues, and did a wonderful job of explaining my needs in a way that was easy to understand. And what made this experience even better, is that they(Kevin and Sonia)are VERY nice people who are genuinely friendly as well as being knowledgeable and very helpful! If I could give them 10 Stars, I would do so!
One of the best service place. Decent price. Awesome customer service. I would bring my Japaneae car here too if they weren't only doing Mercedes lol I'd be going back for all our Mercedes services here! Definitely recommend

What a delight to have met this family! Trustworthy service - 35 years! I took my car in for brake service and had them check out my engine light on my GLC300. Sonia connected and confirmed with the dealer next door that the engine light was due to an extended warranty fault on the crank valve. So thankful she did that and made me worry-free. Took my car in for a check engine light diagnosis and a coolant leak. Kevin was incredibly quick finding out the problems and got my car running like new again. Throughout the process he was very thorough, keeping me updated every step of the way. Sonia in the office was very polite helpful and friendly. I’m glad I found this shop and I highly recommend it to everyone in need of a Mercedes Mechanic.
