Brought my '96 SL500 in for an inspection and to resolve my CEL. Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. The shop was well organized and clean, and the office was very nice! My SL is sorted and I am happy to know that this shop is close to home! Will be coming back for any service I need help with. Sonia was friendly and very communicative in scheduling my service! I visited Inland Mercedes for the first time this week, and from start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough in diagnosing my cars issues, and did a wonderful job of explaining my needs in a way that was easy to understand. And what made this experience even better, is that they(Kevin and Sonia)are VERY nice people who are genuinely friendly as well as being knowledgeable and very helpful! If I could give them 10 Stars, I would do so!
Very welcoming and concerning towards everything with our vehicle making sure we are well maintained and ready to go !! Highly suggested and for certain will be returning in the future.
