The receptionist Joanne was incredibly welcoming and professional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel comfortable right away. They were organized, efficient, and handled everything smoothly. Great first impression for the business!
Joanne is the best customer service representative, she cares about her customers and ensures to make a personal connection to every person she meets. She is patient and kind, which you don't see a lot of these days. She is always willing to lend a hand where she can to help you get the help you need. The whole staff there is friendly and will help you find what you need!
all the staff were extremely friendly and Carter did my oil change and rotated my tires. Would highly recommend inland!
If I could give six stars, I would. Carter did the oil change on my vehicle and the service was top notch. Quick, professional, and done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Great service all around.
