I’ve had multiple interactions with the interventional radiology receptionist, Michelle, and unfortunately they’ve consistently been negative. She comes across as rude and dismissive, which is especially difficult when patients are already dealing with pain and stressful health situations. During my most recent call, her tone was so harsh that even someone with me on speaker commented on how unprofessional it sounded. Great experience from scheduling to the actual visit. (Julie is a hoot!) Very friendly, attentive, and gentle nurses. I even got a warming blanket while waiting for my procedure. Dr. V was informative and caring. Thank you for making me feel that I am in good hands.
Very thorough, timely, patient, knowledgeable, proactive, and kind in their approach to patient care. I've been to other local vein treatment centers for medically necessary interventions, and I highly recommend inland imaging.
