I gave a 1 star because there is not an option for zero stars, have tried 3 different times to reach someone to make a payment and wasted over 30 minutes on each call, terrible service, all i want to do is pay my bill but no one answers and the music is terrible while holding, took everything i had to try to wait it out and not hang up.

Billing is really questionable at bare minimum. They send a bill and two visits were already paid but they did not apply the payment and refilled. When I called and questioned this they said they applied it to another bill?! What bill. When I asked for a statement of account those charges were never even on there, and then they blamed the insurance company! As always. They are the worst to deal with.

On hold for over an hour to talk to billing. No option for them to call back when you're next in line. No updates or estimates on continued wait time. Just rotten music and wasted time. Do better. Update. Finally hung up after 90 minutes then called back and was told the last person sent me to the wrong department now I'm on hold again! 10 minutes in currently. These are absolutely unacceptable business practices.
