After a test to determine if I had cholesterol buildup in my heart, Inland Imaging billed me directly, bypassing Medicare. I was told Medicare doesn't pay for the procedure I had. I called Medicare and was informed that Medicare does indeed pay for this procedure. When Medicare denied paying with their EOB, I called Medicare again and was told the way II is coding is the problem. I gave a 1 star because there is not an option for zero stars, have tried 3 different times to reach someone to make a payment and wasted over 30 minutes on each call, terrible service, all i want to do is pay my bill but no one answers and the music is terrible while holding, took everything i had to try to wait it out and not hang up.

Billing is really questionable at bare minimum. They send a bill and two visits were already paid but they did not apply the payment and refilled. When I called and questioned this they said they applied it to another bill?! What bill. When I asked for a statement of account those charges were never even on there, and then they blamed the insurance company! As always. They are the worst to deal with.
