Billing is really questionable at bare minimum. They send a bill and two visits were already paid but they did not apply the payment and refilled. When I called and questioned this they said they applied it to another bill?! What bill. When I asked for a statement of account those charges were never even on there, and then they blamed the insurance company! As always. They are the worst to deal with.
On hold for over an hour to talk to billing. No option for them to call back when you're next in line. No updates or estimates on continued wait time. Just rotten music and wasted time. Do better. Update. Finally hung up after 90 minutes then called back and was told the last person sent me to the wrong department now I'm on hold again! 10 minutes in currently. These are absolutely unacceptable business practices.

They are absolutely the worst business for billing and customer service. They have no idea what they're doing and have no ability to explain why they are charging a fee because "its complicated ". Really?! X-rays are complicated? Not only can a supervisor in billing not explain why I was ultimately charged for four sets of xrays instead of the three sets that were taken and paid at the time of service, Nikki in customers service was sympathetic to my complaint, assured me she'd find out the answer and then crickets.
