The tech that helped me was coughing all over me. I did not leave my house except for my appointment, am immune compromised, and am now covid positive. She should not have been working or at the very least have been masked. This was on 2/5.
Inland imaging is the biggest failure in medicine. 59 callers ahead of you to schedule?! Absolutely absurd! I have had more procedures with them than I’d like to admit, and I’ve never waited less than an hour on the phone. The best part is when it says “if you’d prefer a call back” they never call you back, I’ve tried multiple times. Then after being hung up on, I went IN and they said “we can’t do any scheduling from here and it shouldn’t say that anymore because we don’t offer call back service.” Better believe they have s... read more
