This place is very professional and kind. Jennifer was especially caring and comforting and made getting an MRI a positive and calming experience even though I was nervous about it. Front desk was great and wait time minimal.
Becca from Medical Records is very rude and not profesional....everytime i call i usually get great customer service but she was not polite at all!!!
Front desk staff was so nice as well as x ray tech. Walked in and only had to wait 25 minutes which is nothing when it comes to healthcare. They allowed me to wait in my car and then they called me on my cell when they were ready for me! They give you transparent price up front before the imaging
Last week I had a 3:20 appointment, told to arrive at 3:05, so I arrived at 3:00 for my CT scan and blood screening. It was completed and I was back in the car by 3:27! Everyone, beginning at the front desk taking my insurance information, was friendly, professional, and quick. When I went back for the scan, Olivia and Sarah, were particularly wonderful, helpful, and caring. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a medical facility in the tri-cities.
Won’t accept triple coverage insurance, even with double bill was far to expensive. It was a fight to get them to use 2 of my insurance. Not friendly, not train in any department and missed a major mistake in imaging. Went to get a second option else where and they saved my life. Don’t ever go here.
