We are very disappointed with Inland Imaging. We never received any bills from them, instead they send our bills directly to collections. This is not how you treat your customers. We are waiting for the bills after insurance process the bills. But never received any. If a zero star can be given I would. And I have notified my doctor’s office, not to send any our my medical work to Inland Image. And I will make sure my family members know about this.
Not a great experience. Received a 'Final Notice' bill in the mail with no reference to what service was provided or when and never received any prior notices. Then sat on hold for twenty minutes trying to sort it out. I expect more from medical providers- even in the billing department! Do Better.
Showed up for my appointment, and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes before front desk informed me that I had been scheduled for the wrong type of appointment, that my doctor needed to re-order the scan, and that I’d need to reschedule. I immediately called my doctor and was able to obtain the correct order, however inland imaging still insisted I reschedule my appointment. So now, I’m unable to get a new appointment for 4 weeks.
