I will not be returning here, two of the women on multiple occasions were extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed annoyed & impatient with all of the patients including myself…. We have been here a lot they have always been good and great staff they are open 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm.
I have been to Inland Imaging several times and have never had a bad experience. Their check in process is efficient and quick. I usually never have to wait longer than 10-15 before I'm called back for my screening. The waiting room is comfy with lots of room and chairs to choose from. The techs are kind, professional and proficient. I never dread coming into Inland Imaging and feel respected and listened to.
I showed up at my appointment, called the day before my appointment to make sure of date and time, got there she didn't have the appointment down. 3 times now. waiting still for over an hour and a half they have called everyone but me I've liked this place but it's gone down hill
