I had an appointment this afternoon and the technician that helped me, her name was Jennifer, was great. She was personable and made me feel very comfortable. You are lucky to have her representing your office!
They called me to schedule a CT scan but when I answered no one spoke the line was quiet and then it hung up. I called back and sat on hold for 1 1/2 hours waiting to schedule before I hung up. Absolutely ridiculous! How can there be 3 callers ahead of me but I wait that long??? I will never use this company.
Nice place and people very professional
The care provided here is both sincere and comprehensive. Staff at this location are a cut above the rest. We were greeted warmly and treated kindly, making what would have been a stressful appointment into a pleasant experience, which is deeply appreciated.
