Very happy with my imaging appt from the time I walked in things were quick and efficient.
The staff at the office are very kind but getting the appointment was difficult. I waited 2 weeks after seeing my doctor to call to see if I could schedule an MRI. They are supposed to call me to schedule but I never received that? I sat on hold for an hour and then was transferred to a call center that was very noisy and impersonal. I just didn’t have a good experience. Next MRI will probably request a different location/company.

I had an appointment this afternoon and the technician that helped me, her name was Jennifer, was great. She was personable and made me feel very comfortable. You are lucky to have her representing your office!
